This half-day workshop is the first of two covering statutory payments. It will provide you with in-depth practical tuition on statutory maternity and paternity pay and leave which will ensure that not only can you manually calculate SMP and SPP but you will also be able to explain it to employees and clients. We will look at who qualifies, who is excluded, how to calculate the average weekly earnings and make the payment plus the rules governing maternity and paternity leave.
